1-These terms and conditions will apply to the purchase of goods. "We"/ "Our" is Allison Clover trading as Wild Clover Flower Company. Registered business address 4b, Fore Hill, Ely, Cambridgeshire, CB7 4AF. With email address firstname.lastname@example.org and telephone number 01353 505855.
2- The term "You" refers to you the customer.
3-These are the terms on which we sell goods to you. By ordering any of the goods, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You can only purchase goods from the website if you are eligible to enter a contract and are at least 18 years old.
1- All flowers featured on this website are fresh or dried flowers only . (Dried flowers will be clearly stated). Plants are living plants.
2-Certain flowers/plants may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.
3-All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to make a substitute a product with one of a equivalent value and quality, without notice.
4-In the event we are unable to supply a product or substitute product, we shall notify you as soon is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full-no later than 14 days after the intended delivery date.
5-Please note some flowers and plants are harmful or poisonous, including to *pets. If you require further information on this before submitting your order-please get in touch either by email or by phone. (*for further detail on this please take a look at our about page, where you will find a flower guide).
6-Any deposit held for hired items will be reimbursed within 14 days of the return , less any damaged or missing items.
7-In the case of any goods made to your special requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information or specification you provide to us is accurate.
8-If you require specific flowers, please telephone at least 24hrs before delivery is required.
1-We do not accept any liability for incorrect address details leading to failed or incorrect deliveries. Flower deliveries are attempted once. We always hope to deliver to the intended recipient, failing that we will leave the flowers with an immediate neighbour where possible. If this is not possible-we will leave a calling card for the recipient to contact us and arrange a collection. Alternatively-depending on location and workload- we may offer to redeliver at our discretion. We will let you know in the event of a failed delivery. Please provide your telephone number so we can advise you of any delivery issues.
2-Free local delivery is offered to addresses in the following locations Haddenham, Aldreth & Central Ely.
Delivery charges are applicable to orders further afield. Please call for delivery prices before placing orders.
3--All general flower deliveries will be made between 09.00- 18.00.
Same-day delivery orders must be placed by 11 am, otherwise delivery will be the next following (working) day.
4-Letterbox flowers and bouquets available to send throughout UK mainland, (these are indicated if these can be sent) postage is £6.95.
We accept payment by most major Debit or Credit cards which are processed securely by Stripe, Square or Sumup. We also accept Paypal. All prices are displayed in £ GB pounds Stirling . We will not be liable for any delay or non delivery, due to your card issuer not authorising payments. Ownership of goods transfers when full payment has been made.
All prices for products on our website are inclusive of VAT.
1-We hope you are delighted with your order from us, if you are not fully satisfied with your order-please let us know within 1 day of delivery and please keep the flowers/plant and packaging . (We may require photos where possible to assist with investigation of your complaint and to ensure a speedy resolution).
2-Refunds are considered on a case by case basis.
3-We do ensure our flowers are correctly conditioned and plants well maintained before sending these out to our lovely customers-but occasionally they may not behave as we would like! (They particularly don,t like direct heat or drafts.)
4- We guarantee our cut flowers for 5 days (with the exception only of speciality roses and wedding flowers- *see below). Many varieties such as Lilies, Chrysanthemums, Carnations,Berries, Alstromeria will live much , much longer than 5 days. with the correct care (flowers arrive with a care guide and flower food, your flowers will flourish.) To ensure you receive the freshest blooms we have deliveries direct from our suppliers throughout the week.
5-*Wedding flowers are not covered by the 5 day guarantee, this is because we allow our flowers to bloom so they look their best for your big day.
We appreciate at times things may not always go to plan.
1-For same day orders we are regrettably not able to offer any refunds on cancellation.
2-If the order has already been dispatched for delivery, we will try our best to cancel the delivery if possible. In this instance we are not able to offer a refund.
3- For next day orders and future orders we will offer a full refund on cancellation providing this is done by 5.30 pm on the previous day. (By phone or email) providing the order was for one of our standard website products and not a bespoke flower order.
Cancellations and information for wedding flowers & Bespoke events
1-As we are limited to the amount of weddings and events we can fulfil within a week, a non refundable deposit of £150 is required in order for you to secure the day. If for any reason you decide to cancel your wedding / event at any point up until your wedding/ event day, the deposit will not be returned to you
2-The balance is due 21 days prior to the wedding / event date. If you fail to pay your balance by the required date- we reserve the right to cancel your order. Please talk to us should you anticipate any issues, we may at our discretion be able grant a small extension to this.
3-If you decide to postpone your wedding / event, we will hold your deposit and any other monies paid by you, until your new wedding/event date. The £150 deposit is subtracted from the final balance. If you have paid the balance in full and decide to cancel outside of the 21 day period before your wedding/event, we will issue a refund minus the deposit. If you cancel within the 21 day period, we reserve the right not to issue a full refund. Your flowers will be ordered 14 days prior to your wedding/event and as such, cancellations that fall within the 14 day period prior to your wedding/event date will not receive a refund. If you cancel in the period 21-14 days prior to your wedding/event, we will refund 50% of the balance, less the deposit amount.
4- Your flowers will be ordered 14 days prior to your wedding/event, any changes that you wish to make during this time period will be subject to incurring additional charges.
5-Occasionally the suggested colour of a flower will not be available due to market availability, we reserve the right to substitute a flower/flowers to be the closest available alternative. We will where possible notify you of such changes.
